United First Responders Musicfest is a family friendly event, giving attendees the opportunity to meet the men and women in uniform who serve and protect our communities while enjoying great food, beverages, exhibitions, vendors and MUSIC from genres such as Latin Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Rock, Jazz, Hip Hop, R&B, Reggae and POP.
United First Responders Musicfest will have a multi-agency first responder exposition incorporated into this unique event. The exposition will consist of a collaboration by local first responding agencies which will display a variety of equipment and apparatus. These agencies will showcase a diverse representation of their capabilities and services which they all so proudly provide while serving and protecting their communities.
We invite the entire South Florida community to join us for this prestigious and honorable event free of charge. Proceeds will benefit POAT, a not for profit organization that is dedicated to the law enforcement community of Miami-Dade County, by providing assistance to the officers and their families in the times of hardship and personal crisis. Donations are 100% tax exempt and will be gratefully appreciated and accepted.

That's why I created the Heroes 4 Heroes program, which gives credit at closing up to 1% of the final sales price to first responders, veterans, educators, and medical personnel. This credit can be used toward the down payment, closing costs, and pre-paid expenses, and it doesn't have to be paid back. Heroes 4 Heroes can also be used with other programs, such as the Hometown Heroes program and VA loans. We also offer special rates when you sell.
To sweeten the deal, we've partnered with Believe Home Loans, Inc.
This allows us to provide appraisal reimbursement at closing for our heroes and waives process fees on a single-family residence, an additional total savings of $1,299.00. Additionally, the Florida Hometown Heroes Housing Program offers down payment and closing cost assistance to first-time, income-qualified homebuyers who are eligible frontline community workers. This program also provides a lower first mortgage rate and unique benefits to those who have served their country and our community.
